Practice phone calls on this desk are recorded and transcribed. The recordings, transcripts, the files you upload and what you enter in the practice apps are saved so you and your trainer can review each shift.
The practice voices and the scoring run on Google's Gemini API. Your voice, the transcripts and your uploaded letters are sent to Google. Under Google's terms, Google may use them to improve its products, and people at Google may review them.
Every patient, provider and number on this desk is fictional. Do not say, type or upload real personal or medical information about you or anyone else.
