Practice phone calls on this desk are recorded and transcribed. The recordings, transcripts, the demand letter you upload and what you enter in the practice apps (the inventory, the chronology, the damages and your notes) are saved so you and your trainer can review the shift.
The practice voices and the scoring run on Google's Gemini API. Your voice, the transcripts and your uploaded demand letter are sent to Google. Under Google's terms, Google may use them to improve its products, and people at Google may review them.
Every client, provider, adjuster, number and document on this desk is fictional. Do not say, type or upload real personal or medical information about you or anyone else.
